When and where will NLC 2025 take place?
NLC 2025 will take place from April 30 to May 1, 2025, at the Miatta Conference Centre, Youyi Building Complex.
The purpose of NLC 2025 is to equip Sierra Leone’s workforce for the challenges of a changing global labour market.
NLC 2025 is organized by the Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Security in collaboration with the Sierra Leone Employer’s Federation and The Sierra Leone Labour Congress.
NLC 2025 is open to individuals aged 18 and above, with an interest in employment, labor rights, digital transformation, innovation, workforce development, and social security. All
