About us
The Ministry of Employment, Labour and Social Security, in partnership with the Sierra Leone Employers’ Federation and the Sierra Leone Labour Congress, will host the National Labour Conference (NLC 2025) from 30th April to 1st May 2025.
With the theme “Shaping the Future of Work: Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Just Transition,” this landmark event will focus on preparing Sierra Leone’s workforce for the demands of a rapidly evolving global labour market.
